About Ana Donohue Interiors

Ana Donohue is the founder and principal designer of Ana Donohue Interiors, an award-winning interior design firm established in 2002. The studio specializes in residential interior design for city homes and mountain retreats, creating interiors shaped by the style and individuality of the people who live in them. Donohue’s work focuses on careful planning and attention to detail, with design decisions that reflect each client’s lifestyle and personal perspective. Before establishing her firm, Donohue built a career across several industries that broadened her understanding of people and place. She worked in hotel sales and marketing with Marriott, served as an international flight attendant for American Airlines, and later worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Wyeth. She earned a BS in Tourism Management with a minor in Marketing from Northeastern State University and later completed design studies at the Boston Architectural College, focusing on Decorative Arts. Donohue’s interior design work has been featured in multiple publications and recognized with industry honors, including the International Design and Architecture Award for a residential project in Rhode Island and HGTV Designer of the Year for a Park City, Utah project. Through Ana Donohue Interiors, she leads residential design projects that reflect client identity and thoughtful design execution.

FAQs

Who is TALD for?

TALD is for homeowners planning new builds, renovations, or design updates — and for businesses creating beautiful, functional spaces. Whether you're working on a primary residence, vacation home, or boutique commercial space, TALD connects you with trusted experts in architecture, interior design, build, and landscape design to bring your vision to life.

Tell us a bit about the designers on TALD.

TALD connects you with a curated community of trusted architects, interior designers, builders, and landscape designers. Each professional has been invited based on vision, expertise, and a proven track record of client satisfaction.

I only have a few questions. Is a consultation call right for me?

Absolutely. Whether you're seeking fast-acting advice or diving into a full transformation, our community of designers is flexible when it comes to project size and scope. No question is too small, and no vision is too grand.

How can I prep for my consultation call?

Gather anything that helps communicate your goals — floor plans, sketches, photos, inspiration images, or materials. Whether the conversation centers on architecture, interior design, construction, or landscaping, the more prepared you are, the more productive your consultation will be. Family members, architects, and contractors are welcome to join the call to maximize your time.

How long are the consultation calls?

You can book a 30-minute or 60-minute consultation. A 30-minute session is ideal for focused questions — like finalizing a kitchen layout, reviewing material options, or refining a landscape concept. A 60-minute session allows for deeper collaboration, especially helpful for larger home projects or boutique commercial spaces.

I'm ready to revamp my entire home. Consultation call or full-service booking?

If you want a trusted professional to manage your project from concept to completion — whether it's building a new home, renovating a historic property, or designing a boutique commercial space — submit a full-service inquiry. If you're taking a more hands-on approach but want expert input along the way, a consultation is a smart fit.

How do I discover the ideal designer for my project?

Browse TALD's trusted community of architects, interior designers, builders, and landscape experts by location, project type, style, budget and more. Explore editorial features to understand each professional's approach. From there, you can book a consultation or submit a full-service project request.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please reschedule or cancel your consultation at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
