BSP is a design-build firm in New York City. Founded by Matt Bindner and Jack Spencer, two individuals who have unparalleled expertise and problem-solving capabilities, both from training and experience. Matt Bindner, a graduate of MIT’s Master's program in Architecture and City Planning, began his career designing and building stores globally for Ralph Lauren, but soon thereafter decided he wanted to flex his entrepreneurial DNA. As lead Project Manager and Chief Design Officer, Matt manages the client relationships and oversees design development and execution. Jack Spencer earned his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from George Washington University. After graduation, he gained hands-on experience in construction while helping his parents develop land in Kennebunkport that had been in the family since the 1960s. This blend of financial training and fieldwork laid the groundwork for his career managing complex, design-forward projects across New York City. Together, the two orchestrate the creation of luxury spaces. Offering superior design and excellent construction under one roof. BSP’s vision is uncomplicated: to combine quality design and creative construction to build beautiful spaces.
